Recognizing the limitations of directly applied fibreglass roofing systems (systems that are directly laminated to the substrate and rapidly fail) we have, in conjunction with FILON Products, developed a range of pre-formed GRP components to aid the successful installation of high quality GRP roofs and gutter linings.

 
FLEX-BASE specially prepared GRP flat sheet

FLEX-BASE (right) is a unique pre-formed GRP sheet that forms the base to all GRP roof installations and gutter linings. It's innovative design eliminates failure from structural and thermal movement (a common factor in the failure of directly applied systems) and allows better control of moisture vapor. FLEX-BASE is the vital component for the ROOF-LINE & GUTTER-LINE systems, and used with the equally unique FLEX-TRIM GRP roof edging trims form a fibreglass roof of unmatched quality.

FLEX-TRIM fibreglass roof edging trims

FLEX-TRIM is the unique white edge trim that is used in conjunction with FLEX-BASE to form the ROOF-LINE GRP roofing system. Produced and designed in conjunction with FILON Products, FLEX-TRIM enables installers of all roofing systems a speedy alternative to traditional roof edging with the advantage of a GRP surface specially designed to bond with polyester resins.
